Definition of the program completion:
All our programs are quatified and defined by the number of sessions and not the learner’s ability to solve the corresponding Rubik’s cube. Upon successful online delivery of the all the sessions as defined for a program, the program will be deemed as completed.
The learner’s ability to solve the cube at the end of the program depends on factors outside of our control, such as, practice by the learner, aptitude to learn, non-attendence of the session, not studying the video and reading material provided by the trainer etc.
Refund for instructor led online training programs:
You can request a full refund up to one day prior to the course commencement of your allocated batch. Once your allocated batch has commenced, no refund or replacement classes will be provided.
You will be provided full refund if Logic 101 is unable to deliver learning programs online or in class as scheduled at the time of enrolment.
No refund will be provided for withdrawal of enrolment after the program has commenced.
No refund or replacement classes will be provided for non-attendance in the allocated batch.
All online programs (except Speed Cuber) must be completed within 3 months of the original scheduled start date. No refund or replacement classes will be provided after 3 months of the original scheduled start date of the program.
Speed Cuber program must be completed within 6 months of the original scheduled start date. No refund or replacement classes will be provided after 6 months of the original scheduled start date of the program.
A request must be made two days prior to the scheduled batch for change of batch days and timing. Logic 101 will offer the next available batch day and time as per it’s normally scheduled batches. Replacement batch day and time offered will be entirely at the discretion of Logic 101.
Timescale for refund:
Logic 101 will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 10 calendar days of the day on which you made a valid request.
